An important part of the project has been
researching on the internet for the sorts of games that are
played here and around the world. We have also talked to adults
and children who were born in Jamaica, Poland, India and Pakistan
and learnt new games through them. We found that a lot of
the games that are played in other countries are similar to
the games we play here in Nottingham. We wondered whether
this is because children have passed games on to each other
when they have visited or lived in different countries. Or
have children spontaneously created the same game thousands
of miles apart? There may be other explanations. What do you
think?
